Lori M. Jones

Lori M. Jones is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Nym. A seasoned healthcare technology executive with more than two decades of experience, Lori has built a career scaling organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies, with a focus on healthcare information technology companies serving the provider market.

Lori joins Nym from Aptarro, where she served as Chief Growth Officer. She previously held senior leadership roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at Agiliti Health and Connance (now Waystar), and President of Olive AI, where she led the company’s commercial function and provider market strategy. Across these roles, Lori has focused on driving commercial transformation, deepening engagement with health systems and physician groups, and scaling revenue cycle and healthcare technology organizations.

Lori earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She has served as a Board member of the American Diabetes Association and is a member of the Private Directors Association. She has received multiple certifications, including Woman on Corporate Board and Functional Nutrition, and was awarded a Leadership and Executive Coaching Certificate from the Maxwell Group.

Julien Dubuis

Julien Dubuis is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Nym, where he leads the sales and marketing teams to drive commercial growth. Prior to Nym, Julien served as Vice President of Sales at Clarify Health and as a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he focused on the intersection of technology and life sciences. He holds a PhD in physics from Princeton University and a BSc in physics from the Ecole Normale Superieure in France.

Ariela Levi Krumgals serves as SVP of Human Resources at Nym, where she leads organizational development and talent strategy to drive excellence across teams. With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Ariela previously served as SVP of People at Momentis, a global medical device startup, and VP of HR at NICE Actimize, the largest provider of financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions. Deeply passionate about maximizing both individual and organizational potential, Ariela focuses on strengthening employee engagement, enhancing cross-team collaboration, and building a culture of operational excellence at Nym.

Yaniv Shachar

Yaniv Shachar is SVP of Research & Development at Nym, where he leads the company’s R&D organization and drives its AI-first engineering strategy. He brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations across AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data-intensive B2B platforms. Prior to joining Nym, Yaniv served as SVP R&D at Verbit.ai, where he led engineering through a period of rapid growth and helped scale AI-powered transcription technology for enterprise customers. He also co-founded Upscale.guru, an AI-driven cloud optimization platform for development teams. Yaniv is passionate about applying AI-first engineering and cloud innovation to solve complex challenges and deliver real-world impact in healthcare.

Aya Weinstein

Aya Weinstein is Vice President of Product at Nym, where she leads product strategy and development with a focus on expanding the quality and capabilities of Nym’s autonomous medical coding engine. Aya brings a strong background in building and scaling product organizations, designing systems that drive clarity, performance, and customer value. Prior to Nym, she served as the VP of Product at Liquidity Group, where she built the product function from the ground up and led the development of a proprietary risk evaluation framework for a $1.3B investment portfolio. Her work there integrated AI-driven tools to improve investment decision-making. Previously, at Tasq.ai, she focused on designing scalable systems for high-quality data annotation, optimizing for both efficiency and accuracy. Aya holds a BSc in Physics and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones serves as VP of Implementation at Nym, where he leads the company’s implementation strategy and partners with customers to support scalable, repeatable deployment of autonomous medical coding. He brings deep experience across healthcare technology, revenue cycle operations, interoperability, workflow transformation, and customer governance. Before joining Nym, Andrew held leadership roles at Digital Diagnostics, where he led product, support, and customer experience functions in a healthcare AI environment. He previously served in professional services leadership at Zendesk and spent nearly a decade at Epic, leading large-scale healthcare implementations across physician billing, hospital billing, and revenue cycle workflows.

Vanessa Youmans

Vanessa Youmans is VP of Compliance Operations at Nym, where she serves as the company’s compliance leader and helps ensure Nym’s solutions align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client quality expectations. She brings deep expertise across HIM, revenue cycle, coding, CDI, auditing, education, and professional billing, with experience supporting complex provider organizations through coding compliance and operational improvement. Prior to joining Nym, Vanessa held senior leadership roles at YES HIM Consulting, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Coding Services, and later served as an Executive Consultant at LUMA. Vanessa holds an MA from New York University, a post-bachelor’s certificate in Health Information Management from Weber State University, and RHIA, CCS, and CPC credentials.

Scott Casale

Scott Casale is Vice President of Growth at Nym, where he leads health systems, physician groups and urgent care centers through their autonomous coding journey. Scott joined Nym in early 2021 from Clarify Health, where he served as Director of Business Development. Prior to transitioning into health tech, Scott worked for top-tier consulting firm Deloitte as a Manager in Strategy and Operations. He has an MBA in health care management and entrepreneurial management from The Wharton School of School of Pennsylvania University and a BS in economics from Duke University.

Ed Hughes

Ed Hughes is Vice President of Growth at Nym, where he introduces innovation through automation to health systems, physician groups and urgent care centers. Ed brings a wealth of experience in enterprise healthcare sales to Nym, previously serving as Senior Director, Business Development at Clarify Health, an enterprise analytics and value-based payments platform company. Prior to Clarify, Ed held Director of Sales positions at both Archway Health and pingmd. He has a BA in sociology from Moravian University.
