Role and Responsibilities:

Nym is looking for a curious and driven Medical Data Analyst (MDA) to join our Warranty Team — a new team responsible for helping clients succeed immediately after they start using Nym’s platform. This is a great opportunity for someone with a clinical and analytical background who is eager to grow into a technical, cross-functional role at the intersection of healthcare and technology. You’ll work alongside experienced MDAs, developers, and client-facing teams to investigate data issues, improve client outcomes, and help build scalable support processes.

As a Medical Data Analyst, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day success of clients right after go-live, ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze client audit results, identify discrepancies, and classify issues based on their root causes.
  • Provide solutions for alerts and incoming escalated tickets from our customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and raise red flags when needed.
  • Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams - including engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product managers, and coders—to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
  • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders and ensure clients are ready to transition to long-term support.

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with medical charts and clinical terminology, ideally gained through hands-on experience in hospital or outpatient clinical settings (e.g., during medical rounds, chart reviews, or clinical documentation work).
  • SQL must, and Pandas' skills are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Advantage - handled project management to some degree
